A founding partner here at Modus, Fraser brings a wealth of big project experience to the team. Working across a diverse portfolio of multi-million-pound global projects, Fraser specialises in commercial and contract management, claims preparation and defence, the development of commercial recovery strategies and leading commercial negotiations. He is also highly experienced in litigation, mediation, arbitration, adjudication and Dispute Review Boards (DRBs).

As a fully qualified engineer with a Master of Laws (LLM) in Construction Law and Arbitration, Fraser is well placed to offer top quality advice to project teams whose infrastructure or energy projects are experiencing difficulties. “What sets us apart from the rest? It’s our focus on building relationships for the long term as well as delivering value for money and great results for our clients.”

To ensure he keeps fully up-to-speed with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as best practice within the industry, Fraser attends regular courses and seminars run by chartered institutes and law firms. He also prepares materials for and presents CPD seminars and training courses on forms of contract (FIDIC, JCT, NEC, EPC), delay analysis, disruption, effective change identification / management and risk.
