Modus was invited by our client to provide commercial and contractual support for one of the largest concentrated solar power plants in the world.

The contract was for the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of a 121MW CSP, 240m tall concrete tower and 50,000 heliostats used to focus the sun’s energy.

More recently, Modus have been involved in the management of negotiations, mediations and several arbitrations, supporting the client team, expert witnesses and legal counsel.
