During the initial stage of engagement, Modus produced and Early Case Assessment to determine the strength and merits of the clients entitlement arguments.

Modus was then tasked with the preparation of detailed claims and drafting of a Position Statement for submission to the client.

Our work was completed within 4 months by 5 team members, including a lead consultant, forensic schedule and quantum analysts. Finalization of the Statement was significantly accelerated due to a close cooperation with the Client’s resources.

Upon completion of the Position Statement, Modus represented our client in mediation, following which a negotiated settlement was reached.
