Modus provided a large team (12+) of consultants to prepare 150+ variation orders ($320 Million) for the purposes of commercial settlement negotiations with the client organisation. We also assisted in the defence of counter claims totalling $365 Million. Work included technical case assessments, analysis of delay and costs and production of detailed position statements.

Modus also participated in three months of weekly commercial negotiations leading to the parties finding an amicable settlement of all claims between them.
