As a Partner at Modus, Garrett brings over 25 years of
experience in civil engineering, renewable energy and
major transportation projects to the team. His diverse
portfolio includes high-value civil engineering projects in
the water, wastewater and transportation fields. More
recently, Garrett has worked on one of the largest
offshore renewable energy projects in the world.
As a Chartered Civil Engineer, Garrett blends his practical
experience and engineering background with a keen eye
for detail. His background as a leader on major projects
gives him a well-rounded understanding of the
construction process which aids the resolution of
disputes. Garrett’s role includes preparing claims, forensic
delay analysis, litigation risk assessments and
management of the Client claims. Garrett has an
extensive experience in a range of dispute resolution
process.
