Marcin joined Modus in 2017 and became a Partner in 2021. Marcin specialises in the commercial management of construction contracts with the focus on quantum. He is also knowledgeable about the structural and geotechnical aspects of construction projects, having completed his first degree in Geology.

Marcin has been involved in multi-million-dollar energy and infrastructure projects across the globe. He has extensive experience in commercial recovery on EPC projects and case management in mediation, arbitration, adjudication and litigation
